Meet Malcolm Manson
Malcolm brings over 20 years of international commercial and business development experience across the offshore energy sector, with a career spanning oil & gas, subsea services, offshore operations, offshore wind and energy transition projects. Having held senior commercial leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East, West Africa and Southeast Asia, he has a proven track record of developing new markets, building strategic client relationships and delivering sustainable business growth.
As Business Development Manager, Malcolm is responsible for driving C-I Subsea’s BD and sales strategy, expanding its global presence and developing long-term partnerships with clients across the offshore energy industry. Working closely with technical, operational and commercial teams, he helps position the company’s integrated subsea solutions to meet complex project requirements, drawing on the full capabilities of the Edison Chouest Offshore (ECO) group – including vessels, ROVs, tooling, engineering and project management.
With extensive experience in capture planning, tender strategy, commercial negotiation and partner development, Malcolm plays a key role in securing new opportunities and supporting clients from early engagement through to successful project delivery.
