As Managing Director of C-I Subsea, Karl is focused on strengthening the company’s capabilities, expanding its international presence and supporting the delivery of safe, efficient and innovative subsea solutions for clients worldwide.
His leadership plays a key role in driving the continued growth of the business, developing the team and building long-term client relationships across the offshore energy sector.
Malcolm Manson
Business Development Manager
Malcolm brings over 20 years of international commercial and business development experience across the offshore energy sector, with a career spanning oil & gas, subsea services, offshore operations, offshore wind and energy transition projects. Having held senior commercial leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East, West Africa and Southeast Asia, he has a proven track record of developing new markets, building strategic client relationships and delivering sustainable business growth.
As Business Development Manager, Malcolm is responsible for driving C-I Subsea's BD and sales strategy, expanding its global presence and developing long-term partnerships with clients across the offshore energy industry. Working closely with technical, operational and commercial teams, he helps position the company's integrated subsea solutions to meet complex project requirements, drawing on the full capabilities of the Edison Chouest Offshore (ECO) group - including vessels, ROVs, tooling, engineering and project management.
With extensive experience in capture planning, tender strategy, commercial negotiation and partner development, Malcolm plays a key role in securing new opportunities and supporting clients from early engagement through to successful project delivery.
Lance Morales
Integrated Solutions Manager
Lance brings over 12 years of subsea industry experience, with a career spanning offshore operations, project execution, and commercial support across the ECO / Chouest Group, most notably with C‑Innovation.
Now based in Aberdeen, after relocating from Houston, Lance’s role is centred on developing and expanding C‑I Subsea’s integrated subsea solutions offering into new regions.
Working closely with commercial, technical, and operational teams, he supports business development efforts by aligning client requirements with the full breadth of group capabilities - including vessels, ROVs, tooling, engineering, and project management.
